Halloween just passed and Thanksgiving is coming. Then we have Christmas and New Year. Lot of parties are waiting, of course food and drinks too. Maybe you are planning to go to gyms for hours after the Thanksgiving dinner. The alternative is to look for some healthy thanksgiving recipes. Please post your suggestions or recipes.

Eating healthy is now a hot topic for discussion. People start to realize the importance of healthy eating. Organic food, diet, weight loss meal, low-calorie food, healthy recipes…. a lot more….

Healthy eating is a habit. It does not really matter what you eat, but it matters on how you eat. It seems healthy to eat low-fat food, but what if one takes 10 times he should have taken. Then it is not “low-fat” anymore. Bottom line is, we should eat food that makes us feel good and take the way that works for us. By saying so, we are all different. The food good for you might not be good for me. Some one might have allergy to certain food and they must avoid it even though it has all the nutrition we need.

I like eating and I would like to share what I feel and what I think on healthy eating in this blog. Anyway, I do not always eat heathy! 😛
